Payments by credit (debit) cards are made through PayKeeper.
VISA, MasterCard and MIR payment system are accepted.
The online payment service is governed by the rules of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard and MIR Payment System based on the principles of payment confidentiality and security and using the latest verification, encryption and data transmission methods through secure channels. The bankcard data is entered on the secure payment page of VTB Bank JSC. On the page for entering the bankcard data, you will need to enter the details of your bankcard: card number, cardholder's name, card validity period, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data are found on the card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card. Next, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which you will receive in an SMS. If the 3DSecure code does not arrive, you should contact the bank, which issued your card.
Cases your payment is rejected:
- your bank card does not opt for online payments; you need to contact your bank;
- your bank card has not enough money for payment; for more information about the availability of money on your bank card you need to contact the bankcard issuer;
- incorrect bank card details;
- your bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year, to which the card is valid). For more information about the card validity, you need to contact the bank card issuer.
